If there was ever a wedding I could shoot over and over again every weekend, Maya and Harrison’s day at Lucchesi Vineyards would be that one. From their amazing families to the incredible vendors to, oh yes, Maya and Harrison themselves, it was an amazing day! Overlooking the valley of vines and surrounded by their dearest and best, these two spoke vows of love and commitment, sprinkled with snippets of life and laughter. Then as the sun set behind the tips of the evergreen trees, they toasted and celebrated the beginning of their new life as husband and wife!

Heirloom earrings that belonged to Harrison’s grandmother fit in perfectly with collected vintage pieces to create Maya’s bridal look.

Maya and Harrison chose to have a First Look and see each other before the ceremony. Harrison’s reaction did not disappoint!

Can’t get enough of it! I just love how they were able to have this private moment all to themselves and spend almost the whole day together!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful the whole bridal party and families were! Maya and Harrison are directly reflected in the amazingness of their nearest and dearest!

The view from the ceremony site at Lucchesi Vineyards is gorgeous! It overlooks the hills of vines backed by the evergreen pines.

Love how they created such a personal, unique guestbook!

 

This globe was the sweetest gift from one of their guests!

 

No detail was left untouched and personalized!

More than the combination of two lives, two families were joined as well. And when Harrison’s mom started tearing up during her speech, everyone surrounded her with love so she could continue to speak!

While their guests continued to finish up dinner, we snuck away for some sunset portraits of just the two of them. Golden light and grape vines make for the prettiest backdrop!

I can’t tell you enough how much I loved and was honored to spend the day with Maya and Harrison! They are two of the kindest and funniest people, making the whole day just a joy to photograph!

It’s always a thrill to be featured, especially by amazing sites like Swooned and Aisle Society! But I’m even more excited to now be able to share all the prettiness with you!

Amy from Bee, Leaves N’ Love dreamed up this beautiful shoot to showcase some of her favorite flowers and designs. She started with a color palette of blush and cafe au lait (cream ;-) and watercolor and silk textures. From there she put together an amazing creative team to bring it all to life–my photographer’s dream come true! Just look at the pictures and see if you don’t feel transported to old world Italy!

 

Elizabeth Mae Creative designed the most beautiful watercolor invitation suite!

You probably know what I’m going to say…boutonnieres have my heart! It’s really the style of the whole wedding wrapped up in a bit of silk and pearl pins!

The dress! Oh my, Adrianna Papell has the most gorgeous designs!

And I can’t apologize for showing off the shoes multiple times! I’m still in awe of how perfectly they fit with the feel of the day!

Complete with this beautiful Italian ring!

These bundt cakes were made by Felicia Yoder and the yummiest ever–gluten free!

While the invitation suite was beautiful, what I loved the most of the personalized paperie touches from the bride and groom signs to the Italian printed quotes!

 

Amy really outdid herself with this garden rose, dahlia, rosemary, eucalyptus, and protea bouquet!

Sometimes you try a new idea and fall in love with the outcome!

While our bride Jaimee was naturally beautiful, Angela Nunnink brought out even more with hair and makeup!

Amy just didn’t want normal pretty pictures; she wanted to run outside the box and create something totally new…

 

…focusing solely on the bride’s radiance, surrounded by nature’s beauty!

The one things I miss about living up in the mountains is seeing the sun set behind the Pacific Ocean and being able to do more of these amazing nautical weddings and engagement sessions! You see, I’m the girl walking through the forest in Sperry Top-siders. ;-) So I was so excited to be able to capture this fabulously styled shoot and the real love between these couples!

Sunset came quickly with a storm rolling in, which is probably a good thing because I could have stayed out there for hours!

One of my favorite things about Indian wedding is all the bright pops of color with loads of flowers and jewels! So when I heard that Tammy and Dave wanted that same feel for their wedding, complete with a huge tent and hanging chandeliers, I knew I was going to have so much fun capturing all their details!

Sunset, a field, and a couple in love…a win every time!

Every detail was carefully picked, and they even had the wooden accents and stands made to match!

When you love Starbucks coffee, nothing else will do!

If you didn’t know any better, you could imagine that this whole shoot took place on a French countryside or in an old abandoned European orchard! Everything from the long grass to the gorgeous florals to the ribbon backdrop and teacup chandelier was amazing, like out of a dream!

The breeze blew quietly through the orchard stirring the ribbon backdrop at the ceremony alter.
