They say that opposites attract. If so, Amela and Chuck are living proof of that fact. She is vivacious and outgoing, while he is steady and true. But I know that all would agree that there are no two nicer people! In fact one of the best things about Amela and Chuck’s day was the excitement and joy everyone had at seeing them married! With a dream team of wedding creatives to make their hopes of a garden wedding coming true, friends and family gathered from all over the country to celebrate!
From heirloom jewelry to a penny for her shoe from my grandmother to wearing her watch on her wedding–each detail was special and chosen with care!
I fell in love with Amela’s dress when she shared that it had been Chuck’s grandmother’s dress from 51 years ago and was transformed into her own custom dress by his mother!
Chuck’s first duty as a new husband was to feed his bride flamin’ hot cheetos so she wouldn’t get it on her dress!
Donna and her team did an amazing job creating a beautiful sophisticated garden feel for the reception!
Totally spoiled by Antonio Ayesteran’s scrumptious creations!
Of course the toasts wouldn’t be complete with reminiscing on how the two met and how their personalities complement each other! I loved hearing from both parents how much they loved their new son and daughter and welcomed them into the family!
Just a little time alone for the two of them at sunset–so beautiful!
Amela and her father’s dance started out beautiful…
and then transformed into a surprise dance for all her guests!
